We require a 48-hour advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice, or any no-show, will result in a $50 charge to your card on file. 

We strive to accommodate all appointments promptly, and we kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible, so we may verify there is no impact to our other patients. Please note that late arrivals may still incur a $150 cancellation fee if the appointment cannot be accommodated. 

All payments for services rendered are non-refundable. We strive to deliver the best results for every patient; however, it is important to understand that aesthetic treatment outcomes may vary from patient to patient. 

For the safety and health of all our patients, we ask that children and pets not accompany you to your appointment. Service animals are welcomed with approved paperwork. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a service animal so we can make necessary arrangements.
